The Challenge

SCARPI faced several challenges in their goal to simplify the process of finding affordable housing in Mexico. They needed advanced search capabilities, interactive mapping features, and efficient listing management tools. Furthermore, they needed to integrate the FlexMLS API seamlessly and create a visually appealing and user-friendly website design to attract and retain customers.

The Solution

Our team seamlessly integrated the FlexMLS API into SCARPI's platform, allowing real-time access to MLS listings and ensuring accurate property information for potential customers. With that, our team also designed and developed a visually appealing and responsive website tailored to SCARPI's brand identity. The theme was optimized for enhanced user experience across different devices.

To highlight SCARPI's premium properties, we developed a custom module that displayed featured listings in a visually engaging carousel format. The module was strategically placed in the website's header to grab users' attention and increase engagement. We had also created a custom Google Maps widget that allowed users to interactively explore different locations and search for available listings. Users could select specific areas on the map to view property options conveniently.

To simplify the property search process, we implemented filtering options, enabling users to refine their search based on specific criteria such as price range, location, property type, and more. This feature significantly improved the efficiency of finding suitable properties.

Through this, we successfully transformed SCARPI's platform, enabling them to provide an exceptional user experience and revolutionize the way individuals find affordable housing in Mexico. Through the integration of the FlexMLS API, the development of custom modules and widgets, and the implementation of advanced search capabilities were particularly successful in achieving SCARPI's business goals.
