  • The bundle includes two rounds of revisions for the website design before final approval. Additional revisions will be charged at a standard hourly rate.
  • The estimated project completion time is 8 to 12 weeks, contingent upon timely feedback and provision of necessary content/assets by the client. Delays from the client's side may result in an extended timeline and potential additional costs.
  • Any further enhancements, updates, or additions post the initial 3 months of maintenance will be scoped and quoted separately, ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties.

Pricing

  • Base Price Starting at $3,000 for a basic custom bundle, including web development (up to 5 pages), 1 year of shared hosting, and 3 months of basic maintenance.
  • Discount Rate A base discount of 10% is applied to the combined value of selected services. Additional services are eligible for increasing discounts:
    • Add 2-3 services: Increase the discount to 12%
    • Add 4-5 services: Increase the discount to 15%
    • Add 6 or more services: Increase the discount to 20%

Terms & Conditions

  • The scope of each selected service within the bundle will be clearly defined in a project proposal, including any limitations or exclusions. Any requests outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and billed at our standard hourly rate.
  • The bundle includes up to two rounds of revisions for web development projects. Additional revisions will incur additional costs at the standard hourly rate.
  • The timeline will be determined based on the selected services' scope and complexity, with a clear schedule outlined in the project proposal. Delays from the client's side may affect the project timeline and may incur additional costs.
  • Post-completion of the initial project scope, any new features or significant updates will be scoped and quoted separately.
  • If the project is cancelled by the client, a cancellation fee will apply, calculated as a percentage of the work completed but not less than 25% of the total project cost.
