Due to repeated failures with our Shared Servers provider, we had no choice but enact an emergency migration to a new, more powerful data centre, the same we use for Dedicated and Cloud servers and one with a proven track record of superior stability.
If you host your DNS with us (if your nameservers are ns1.e-dimensionz.com and ns2.e-dimensionz.com), this change will be automatic and no additional steps are required by you. In most cases this is the case.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS, YOU ARE SAFE
If your site is using an external DNS provider, please update the IP for your domain(s) A RECORD to: 50.28.40.123
All files and databases have been moved to the new servers.
If you make any changes to your website prior to updating the DNS, these changes will not exist on the new server. Please contact us if you have updated any content on your website after Oct 31, 2014 12pm EST and we will do a fresh import.
Please make sure you have updated your DNS prior to this date to ensure there is no downtime on your website or email
This change does not apply to VPS, Dedicated, or Cloud Hosting accounts - You will not be affected
