If you are using Google Analytics to track your website traffic, it's important to be aware of a significant update required for your account. Google has launched Google Analytics 4 (GA4), an advanced analytics platform that is designed to deliver predictive, actionable insights, thereby enhancing your data analysis capabilities.

It's important to note that your existing Universal Analytics (UA) property will cease processing data after July 1, 2023. Therefore, to maintain uninterrupted access to the best analytics services, we urge you to transition from UA to GA4 at your earliest convenience.

To transition to GA4, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided by Google, which can be found here.

Please note, GA4 does not automatically migrate your historical data from UA, but it begins collecting new data upon setup. Hence, it's crucial to set up GA4 as soon as possible to start gathering new data while still retaining access to your historical UA data.

Should you need assistance during this transition, we're here to help. If you have an existing Retainer Agreement with us, configuration support for GA4 can be included within the Retainer. Alternatively, a Quote can be provided if assistance is needed.
