Payment Terms
Special Offers or promotions for web design, web hosting, domains, or discounts on any other service need to be paid in full and upfront.
Unless otherwise specified, all promotions are only valid for the first term/invoice
Hosting Specials: Accounts automatically renew at regular/full price at the end of the initial term. If you don't want to renew the hosting plan, a cancellation request needs to be submitted prior to account renewal. (Cancellation Requests can be submitted through the Client Area)

Refunds
If any promotion relates to a downloadable script, software or web based item, no refunds can be issued once a purchase has been completed. A downloadable item such as a script, software or web based item are considered non-tangible irrevocable goods. Exceptions to this rule are when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement.

Expiry Date
Offers are only valid until the expiry date of the offer, or when the offer is withdrawn from this page or website. We reserve the right to extend or discontinue and withdraw any special offer, promotion or discount without any reason or need to clarify reason.

Free Domain Promotions
If you register a free .com domain through us and wish to cancel your hosting account, there is a non-refundable $10 annual domain renewal fee if you would like to keep your domain.
